Work principle: the dust gas enters into the dust filter from inlet. There is a spraying nozzle at the inlet, which will spray water fog, which will make the dust material moist. During the process, dust material will increased the weight by being moist and it’s good for being separated. Then it goes through the chimney which is composed of ceramic plate or granite plate with higher speed passing through the bottom wall and water clearance. As the gas moves quickly, the water will be evoked into water drop and bubbles. Thewater drop and bubbles will have a clash. The residual grains will be sticky to the drop and bublles and fall down to the water, mixed with the water flow and go into the circulation tank.
